All students from Kohler PK-8 embody the academic skills to be lifelong learners, the social-emotional skills to be inclusive leaders, and a passion for careers that contribute to their community. Our students realize their value and worth, appreciate diversity, make self-directed and responsible decisions, readily express empathy, and are resilient through their long—and short-term life challenges.  

The mission of Kohler PK-8's Counseling Program is to advocate for all learners by creating an equitable and accessible school climate by collaborating with stakeholders to remove systematic barriers. Kohler’s Counselor will accomplish this climate through data-driven school counseling program practices, providing exceptional services for all students, regardless of background or identity. The program will foster long-term self-directed and responsible decision-making skills. Our students will develop consistent attitudes and behaviors to achieve their unique and individualized future goals.
